This was our first trip to Lexington and I booked our stay at the Hyatt mainly because it had several good reviews. Our room was located on the 6th floor and the street noise was unbearable. Housekeeping left earplugs, which made it obvious the hotel was aware of how problematic the noise was. Also, the room was not cleaned thoroughly. The bathroom had toenail clippings laying in the floor and were not removed after a note was left for housekeeping. I would not recommend this hotel and will not stay there again.
