We had the BEST experience with Independence Title in Austin! Chelsea Higdon and her entire team made the entire experience of being a first-time homebuyer a breeze! They did so much heavy lifting keeping all of the communication clear between our team. They also totally took the reins with a difficult survey situation. We were even able to close ON TIME despite some serious setbacks that could have easily caused a delay in closing. We cannot say enough good things about this team!
