They have the worst customer service. I might rate them differently or just stuck with my current rating after I take a ride on their cruise but as of now, I can say that I had the worst experience with their agent. Very rude, unhelpful, doesn t want to help. Just the attitude of a person who shouldn t be on the designation for customer service. I rang up to confirm my Groupon booking with their cruise and he was very curt in his responses. I wish and the management takes this point and have more considerate, calm and welcoming agents in their team. All said and done, my rating and going to change or stay the same after a ride on their cruise.
