Room service is slow, got my food after 1 hour ins...

Room service is slow, got my food after 1 hour instead of 3o minutes plus it was cold. At the time of check out got the wrong bill and had to spend around 20 mins trying to prove that i did not order dinner at 6.31 am as the bill said.
