They took x-rays and when I asked for disk of imag...

They took x-rays and when I asked for disk of images so I could hand-deliver to orthopedic surgeon at the the following day s appointment, they said they didn t have capacity to make a disk. They said it d be no trouble at all for the other drs office to call and get the images, same day. That was not true. They put a cast on too high up my calf so that it was poking my thigh when I bent my leg to walk w the crutches. They had to take off the first cast and redo it. Today at orthopedic surgeon, they want to do another round of X-rays since they don t have access to originals. Can t wait to fight w my insurance about these things. Won t be going here next time.
