My wife and I joined Sua Sponte last summer after relocating to Raleigh and we have not been disappointed. Incredible staff and coaches! Excellent programming! They cater to the experienced crossfitter as well as to those individuals who are curious about crossfit, either with or without athletic backgrounds. I could go on and on about how great this place is.
