Worst car buying experience ever I will never go back to this dealership. They changed the price in the middle of the transaction a $500 increase. Mailed my plates to my old employer for no reasonable reason. And are continuing mail to additional correspondence to my previous employer despite me calling them to let them know this is not my address. When I called to find out where my lost license plates were they basically told me it was my fault that they had the wrong address on file even though I told them not to use this address. Nearly all of the paperwork was filled out incorrectly including the extended warranty we purchased and contact information in the service department.after my experiences I've talked to my co-workers and everyone has had the same experiences with this dealership. In summary rude unprofessional incompetent service.
