Many issues with this hotel. We were not told that the resort was only partially open but the resort fee was still the same amount...$50 a day! Only one restaurant was open and it was mediocre at best, only 3 of the 7 pools were available, no water park, no bottled water, no maid service, no smores, no kids activities, no pirate show...but the price of the room was not discounted at all. The hotel was filthy...overflowing garbage cans, pools dirty, grounds not kept up. My room was so disgusting upon check in that I had to request it be cleaned again. I am totally disappointed with our stay. The only bright spot was Megan and Kiki at the Recreation Center. They were outstanding.
