I have never been to or done business with this company. However, yesterday my cash app card was charged $400.00 by them. My son has been into the nearest location. My daughter and I have called. I still have no money and no answers. I was told that someone must know my pin and asked if I knew who that could be? . I ask does the company know who they allowed to use my information without I.d? Why was it so easy for them to allow someone to use my information but it is so hard for them to return my monies. I am a 57 year old disable woman on a fixed income who does not even own a car. This is unacceptable!
