My mom was treated here and her stories she was telling me was less inhuman. She was talk down at and talked to like a child. When a person is in pain how rude of you to talk to a elderly woman in pain in such a manner, I know this job can be stressful for I have worked in a nursing facility myself but you don't take that out on innocent people who are in pain and just trying to get better. I don't understand some people that's in this field that knows you'll going to encounter all types of people from different walks of life that it's ok to treat sick individuals in such away. My mom will never come back there. And for the record this was her first time ever there and certainly will be her last. That one star was hard to give considering her experience there.
