Shine! Gloss! Courtesy and friendly staff helpfulness! Invisible, unobtrusive service that provides all the needs of guests. It so happened that it was slightly freezing (I was essentially cold) in the room, called at the reception, explained the situation. After 3-5 minutes, the chief engineer of the hotel called me and, after finding out my wishes, remotely switched the air conditioner in some way and turned on the batteries only in my room !!!
