What a difference PRD Ballarat made my buying experience. I had been to several agents in town and was fobbed off by each agent, didn't get calls back and had to constantly follow up on homes i wanted to buy.
My dealings with PRD were completely different , i meet with several different agents each was interested in what my needs were and helped me find the property I was looking for. Then it got even better , it was an investment property i had purchased, they then followed up through Michael Darken on the property management side, explained the process, advertised the property and found a tenant.
Could not have asked for it to go more smoothly. Thanks PRD
