Avoid dealing with them at any cost. Their cars are overpriced. We got a 2017 Volt lease from the Fremont location in Dec 2016. Unfortunately, we returned the car at this location. When we returned our lease Chevy decided to buy this car because it was such a good deal. They told us we wouldn't be charged for the scratches. They "forgot" to inform us that we would be charged for over mileage and a disposition fee. 3 weeks later, we were shocked to get a bill for $788 (over mileage and disposition). We were led to believe that the car was being bought, and NOT returned to GM leasing (ie we wouldn't get charged any fees). When I called GM leasing they confirmed that had we bought the car, we would NOT have gotten these fees. When I tried to call Chevy boardwalk, Benjamin Kaupp, hung up on me. My point was, I would have bought the car, and turned around and sold to you, hence no fees. Why didn't anybody explain this to me. When Ben suggested he turn the car back to GM leasing, I said, great idea, let's do it. He didn't like my answer and he basically hung up on me.
Typical, Chevy boardwalk got a great deal on this car (buying it after we returned it), will MARK IT UP and sell to another victim and left us with a $788 bill! I wish they would have been up front and honest about the bill we would be getting. Instead, they led us to believe them buying it would be in our best interest.
