On an all-day furniture shopping day of all the furniture shops in Kitchener-Waterloo, this was the *only* place where I was not greeted at all by a single staff member (although at least 5 walked past me, while helping other customers, without so much as a brief nod). I even found a sofa I was moderately interested in and would have liked some information about, but ended up just taking pics of it and the pricing info, and left. Business lost as I went to Furniture Wonderland directly from there, and got great service.
