Spent 2 hours getting a simple oil change and fluid check. Got a long list of "repairs" to be made one of which was the power steering (was making a bit of rumbling at times) Wanted me to have it looked at/fixed. Declined by me. I got home and checked the power steering fluid. It was very low. I know it was not even checked when I was there because the cap was still evenly coated with dust/dirt. Added power steering fluid and no more noise. Extremely disappointed with the entire experience.

If I can't trust that they checked the power steering fluid ( when they said it was OK), can I trust that they completed the oil change?

This was my first visit for service at this dealership, and my last.
