Dear friends, I am Nitin Walki I have completed my graduation in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from VTU Belagavi in 2017. After passing out I was looking for a right career path while searching through the Internet and from one of my friend's suggestion I came to know about IKSC Knowledge Bridge.
I met Dr.Atul Patil sir who is the director of IKSC, In IKSC we will be encouraged to take the world-class psychometric test from this we can know about our strengths and weakness, where we are standing and what are the key things to be added in order to achieve success in career. Dr.Atul Patil sir will guide us in choosing the right domain according to psychometric report.
So here my domain is Product Design Wiring Harness. The learning process will be through the e-Learning process. Here I am enhancing my skills not only in that particular domain software but also in so many other valuable things such as Value Engineering, Six Sigma, PLM & PDM, Interview skills, Presentation Skills, and also an English communication course that was conducted by Words Maya.
Here we will get an opportunity to work on Industrial projects and we will solve those through the Industrial process by applying Six Sigma.
The unique thing about IKSC is its culter and it really speeds up the learning process and motivational inputs from the Atul sir gives high amount confidence, This is very beneficial for the Freshers to enhance their knowledge according to the Industrial standards. I am fortunate that I got placed and currently working as Wiring Harness design Engineer.
