Being a total novice, I really wasn't sure what to expect from the 5 day course. Andrew exceeded all of my expectations. He was knowledgable, patient and constantly gave individual advice and encouragement. We also had the smallest student to teacher ratio amongst all the surfing schools, with only 3-4 others in my group. On the last day, Andrew sat down with us and walked through analysing surf forecasts, how to find appropriate waves, what kind of gear we should look into etc etc which was extremely helpful to take away with us. Thanks a lot and hopefully I'll see you again for another course!
