Just moved into a home that had a system installed...

Just moved into a home that had a system installed and monitored by this company, so I figured it would be a simple process to call to reactivate the monitoring for us . Called on a Friday afternoon and sale person said it was getting late in the day and that they would get back to us on Monday ... by Wednesday after no response, I called and left a reminder message with this individual ... and now it's Friday a week later and still no response . Guess this may speak to the kind of response you may get from this company if you ever needed to actually call for assistance. I am now dialing other security companies for assistance .

>> Update - Telsco followed up and apologized for the communication issue. They stepped up & came thru with some very competitive pricing to get us up and running, as well as assisted with the add-on cost for a garage door opener. Updated our panel and smoke detector, no charge.
Sales rep Brandon was quite professional and informative, no pressure selling . They arranged for an after hours install to get us going right away. Installer ' Cam ' was again, professional and very knowledgeable, walking us thru the app set up and system use .
Wish I could have had this experience from the get go, but am glad we decided to use Telsco . Would recommend them .
