First let me say I love my car! However, this experience was pretty bad to put it mildly. After rushing me through a sale because they would be closing soon, they sent my memo title to the wrong address leaving me with expired tags for days. Not to mention I bought the car out of state so going back to that state to get this all straightened out is an ordeal. I can deal with mistakes but not delivering on what you promised, like sending me new temporary tags quickly is quite worrying. Basically I feel like they don't care that I have no transportation because of their screw up. This experience is what makes car buying so stressful and it feeds right into the negative stereotypes about car salesman.
