Admission counselor was rude and condescending. I had to email several times in order to get a response, and when she replied, she made it seem like I was wrong for emailing her. She diminished my four years of professional experience. If you can t accommodate my request, simply just say sorry we can t. Don t proceed to diminish and belittle me and my experience with words. I was speaking to her on the phone and had to just hang up because I was so upset. I m very disappointed to say the least. The fact that they couldn t accept professional experience in the direct field says a lot. They d rather accept and certify someone with no experience in the field rather than allow a person already in the field into the program. It s ashame and makes it seem like a scam.
Summary:
If you are a bored military wife who wants to waste your education benefits, go here! It s perfect for beginners who don t know anything about animals. They will suck up all your benefits dry!
If you are a professional or have experience, avoid! If you are looking for the formal certification, this place isn t for you. They will give it to a military wife who can scoop cat litter and pet a cat. But, they won t give it to a professional with actual experience on a resume.
