I bought a 2017 Audi Q7 model from the salesman named Ty, it was an excellence experience until my driver side speaker went out a month later. I contacted service dept., drove for an hour from my house to the dealer and ended up driving back home with the same problem because the people at SVC Dept. said that there is nothing wrong with the speaker - it is my CD and the radio station I am listening to. I disagreed but couldn't do much more, and accepted it... for the whole year I just hated or don't want to listen to the music when I am driving this vehicle.

Sometime in Feb 2018 I brought the car in for 1st oil change and Michael Bush was my service advisor. I told him about the speaker, he said he'll have someone inspect it and let me know. Later Michael said that the speaker is damaged and he'll order it and have it in a week. Never heard from Michael so texted him at the end of March 2018, he never responded to my text or call me. I called him again this morning 4/12/2018, left a voicemail to discuss about the speaker and the engine oil light stay on in my dash and still haven't heard from him.

Loaner vehicle: I appreciated them allowed me to use their loaner but I am not happy with the person handle the loaner. After two hours waiting for my loaner, he called me to his desk and said to me; "I don't think you should take the loaner because there is a chance that we have hail - I don't want you to pay for it, I am just looking out for you". In a nice way he really meant, we don't want you to use our loaner. In the loaner agreement, I can't drive over 150 mile per day and I have to pay my toll fee which to me is ridiculous. Mercedes-Benz down the road from them where I bought 2 vehicles from didn't have these in their loaner contract.

Very good customer service at sales but very bad customer service at their service department.
