Principle?
Purchased a guest room bed (headboard, frame, foot board) box spring and mattress.
~ Delivery was one week later than promised AND they delivered the WRONG bed. Returned / Cancelled Order
Store manager was very nice so even though we had to put guests in a hotel that weekend my wife decided to go back to the store, spent a little more time and a considerable amount more $ money $ to purchase a more expensive (better quality) bed.
~ 2 days before scheduled delivery date we were told the mattress would have to be ordered and would delay delivery. Called to cancel order and we were Assured bed and mattress would be delivered on scheduled date - they would find the mattress at another store or warehouse and get it to us. Our first guests said they enjoyed the comfort of our guest room. Second guests were thankfully, a bit more honest and said, bed seemed to have been a floor model due to 'un-eveness'. Made a call to our first guests who begrudgingly agreed and said if they'd realized it was a new bed they Certainly Would Have told us.
~ We slept in the guest room and we were both rolling into the center of the bed all night. We did not Pay a lower price for a floor model - We were not told in order to keep our order they would send us a floor model.

Now, ready to buy chest, end tables, and 2 recliners - Ashley is a bit less expensive on some of these items than American Factory Direct but Fool Me Once? maybe, twice, Should have known better - but Nope, not even to save a couple hundred dollar$.
