I came in from work tired and mentally exhausted and the moment I stepped foot in the outpatient department of the hospital Judy greeted me with a smile and a reassuring sense of urgency, I immediately was sent to register and LeAnna was absolutely amazing. She was knowledgeable professional and extremely pleasant. I sat for 3 minutes after finishing up getting registered and Rhonda came and greeted me with the biggest smile that reached her eyes and talked to me the entire walk like down the hall like we were old friends. She was so sweet and kind & the lastly Shannon from Diagnostic Imaging Tech comes and gets me and without fail she has a smile on her face, extremely efficient and knowledgeable. This is THE BEST experience I have ever had in my entire life. With all of my recent medical issues I've dreaded any interactions with healthcare providers but these ladies not only did their job but the renewed my faith in genuine people in healthcare field. Thank you ladies!!
