one of the worst companies to have as a property manager. the "senior property manager" believes she has business ownership experience, yet she does not. their realtors they use make promises about the condition of the unit but after occupancy it is a different story. when you complain about the issue they want to "bill you" the tenant for items they clearly know of are wrong. they feel it is acceptable for their managers to not get back to tenants until the next business day.
