We received the most amazing service from Ilze du Plooy and Caphius when our Cadillac STS was towed in this week. Ilze went out of her way to keep us informed and way beyond the call of business to assist us. Your staff are an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would like a special commendation made for Ilze. Brandon very kindly took us home and collected us the following morning to collect our car. What a refreshing change to have such kindness. I only wish we lived in this area so we could avail ourselves of your great service.
