It took them over eight months to complete a project that should have been completed in three weeks. Dozens of no return calls and musical chair games. Somebody was always sick,on vacation, out of the office, on another job...... Everytime I called to check status to see when they were coming it was a complete let down. Sometimes things can go wrong and/or things don't quite go as well as one expects them too. This was ridiculous. Five stats for craftsmanship for allowing me to do my dishes in the bathtub over Thanksgiving and xmass and the new year. Thanks Aspin, I forgive you.
