I've used this location in the past without any incident....
Called 5 times and got hung up on 4, then got placed on "hold" for 10 minutes while she continued to work with other people and got hung up on again. Called back yet again and was told they were having phone problems. Told her that I'd just find another location to do business with. She offered to let me talk to the the owner and then put me on another 6 minute hold. Came back and told me the owner was still on the phone and took a message. We'll see if they call back!
