My dad has been at Bayshore on 4E wing and just wanted to say that the nursing staff really has been great with him Hunter, Phil and Josh. Josh especially he really goes out of his way and has a great personality and even though he is extremely busy always is checking and making sure all is ok. Diane the patient care associate deserves 10 stars she is such a doll cant say enough about how caring she is and goes out of her way to comfort you. There was also an individual, male, he seemed Indian but could be another ethnicity. He was in the cleaning department, worked the emergency floor but he was on 4E. He went out of his way to introduce himself and asked if we needed anything.
