Possibly the best pizza ever!! It's baked in a coal-fired oven that reaches 800 degrees F, meaning it comes to your table perfectly crisped (no limp, soggy crusts here!). Get there early: there can be a wait even during off hours (on a recent visit, we arived at 3:00 on a Saturday afternoon and had a half hour wait). It's not cheap, and they don't take credit cards so bring cash!
