The track itself is nice, but it s not open to the public (hence the two stars being taken off). There isn t a sign that is displayed that indicates this, or is there any info about it on their website, but a nice man in a UTSA shirt said so. Evidently Brandeis High School down the way on Kyle Seale has a track open to the public, but I haven t checked it out myself.
