I bought tickets through them and then had problem...

I bought tickets through them and then had problems receiving them in my email. After following all of their steps to try to get the tickets before the event, I still didn't have tickets and had to buy new ones. Now I am trying to hassle with a refund that I still don't have! They have been terrible!

Four weeks later - I have to admit, that I have been very surprised and happy with their response, finally. They recognized that they made a mistake and have refunded my problem. It took some time and patience, but my issue was resolved.
