More often than not I'm meeting my mom here for lunch as she works down near the CORE and I now live downtown. From start to finish were usually there about an hour and a half but that's because we like to chat. Patio is really nice but if you want a shaded spot you better arrive early.

A lot of the time we usually get what's on special. Pictured below was the tacos and oysters on special on Tuesdays. The tacos were awesome but every time I order oysters here there's always sand or grit in 90% of my oysters. It's a little upsetting because when oysters are on special I like to devour as many as I can, as quick as I can. The Wednesday fried chicken is a pretty awesome deal for a place like that. Menu does rotate throughout the year so if you're expecting something on the menu, check online to see if they still serve it.

Service is always fairly good, they know how to talk to their audience. Wait staff is attentive but sometimes I feel like when you say you need another minute it takes them forever to get back to you. Usually when I know I'm coming here I look at the menu ahead of time so I can get my order in right away but I'm a little crazy that way.

Overall a decent place, just have a couple small things to tweak.
