Our experience with John Moore was NOT a good one....
Our experience with John Moore was NOT a good one. We had a water line that was leaking at the main meter so my husband called John Moore and they sent a technician out. His estimate was over $500, my husband was floored with the cost. We are on a fixed income and told the gentleman that we could not afford to have the work done. My husband called the office and spoke someone that said that they would give us a break on the cost. So, my husband had the guy come out to fix the leak. It took him about 30 minutes and that included the time to type in the ticket on his computer. The charge came out to $349.99 for a job less than 30 minutes. I don't think some doctors even make that much an hour. I called the office/call center and asked for a receipt since we were not given one at the completion of the work. It took a week before we were sent a copy. Anyway, every time a John Moore commercial comes on the t.v. I get sick to my stomach knowing we were over charged.
