On Sunday 10/15/2017, we awoke to NO A/C, it was 9AM and 80 degrees in the house. I called John Moore who sent out a rep check everything out. As I assumed, my 12yr old A/C unit had died. He went over the different options of repair, once I decided on which way to proceed he helped put me thru to finance and we financed a new inside & outside unit. He then set up and appointment, for the repairs to be done the next day (Monday). The 3-man repair team showed up on time and did an excellent job of installing the equipment in a timely and professional manner.
