I reschedule the appointment to today's morning from 8-12 and got message yesterday saying the window time is from 8-12. I call this morning at 10 and ask when the technician will show up because I have another appointment later. However, the customer service insists my appointment is 10-2. After her checked it and she still insisted my appointment is 10-2, and ask if i want to cancel it. I just say I want to reschedule it but she already hang up. Amazing customer service.......
