Check in was at 4pm, went to desk at 4:15 to find out when we could get into room was told housekeeping was not done, asked how much longer was told they were unsure. After getting into room, which was suppose to be a family room with 2 separate room and 4 double beds, and was just regular room for six people, went back down and spoke with registration, first was told they didn't have any more available rooms, and after a very not nice discussion we got the adjoining room. The hotel was not very clean, garbage over filled in areas, ice machines did not have ice, (was in the 90's on this day). People out partying in parking lot till 4:30 in am( security?) I have never wrote a review before but feel this was not worth the money i paid to stay.
