Worst of the worst!!! My luggage was stolen from the bus luggage storage. The driver said this is normal by Flix bus and there is nothing he can do. Then he shut the doors and drove away. At the agency I received a flyer and that was it! Totally rude staff, incompetent service. Never again in my life!!!
