The service at this hotel was fabulous, and the lobby was gorgeous, but the rooms were a little bit outdated and made for a slightly odd experience. I was upgraded, and my upgraded room was really nice though, but once when I was here without an upgraded room it was weird. That said the location is fabulous kimptons are always a pleasure to stay at.
