Went to Nyle Maxwell yesterday excited to buy a new truck. Was in the process of securing financing when at the last minute I discovered the truck I was about to buy was not 4x4. No big deal, but it was late in the day so I knew I'd need to keep looking and I was ready to go home. That's when our saleswoman turned on us. We asked for our keys back to go home and she held them hostage at the sales desk. So, I had to walk over to their closed office and ask for my keys. With a look of disgust and a dismissive "here you go" my keys were nearly flicked at me as though she was hold a piece of garbage (between her finger and thumb). I believe she thought she lost the sale when the truck wasn't what I wanted. Wrong. She lost the sale when she gave me attitude because I didn't want to buy that particular truck. Had she not done that I would have gladly returned another day to track down the truck that I wanted. Nyle Maxwell lost a customer to poor customer service yesterday. I'll make a $63k purchase somewhere else, thanks.
