Came to the pool with my family. We tried to order food with the waitress. She told me she would be back and an hour in a half later still no show. She could have just taken my ordered then since I had a menu in hand. So I decided to go to the bar area to see if I can put an order in. Nope, that was an epic fail too. All the tables were full or taken. Mine as well bring in your own food and drinks with the service here. Probably better off going the the casino next door.

Update:
So that same waitress finally comes back and finally asked me if the other waitress ever came to me? I don t understand why there would be another waitress if she is serving people a cross from me and the group of people 6 chairs from us?!? I told her it s fine and that we shouldn t have to wait 2-3 hours for services when she went to the people 2-3 times that were sitting across from us. Told my girls we will be going out to get food since service was SUPER horrible!
