So my experience at Gloo was not a great one. It had the potential to be better but it wasn't. Gloo has a bad rep in Boulder for hire and fire. It is also not a very welcoming culture. If you are a person of color or have a different religious background other than Christianity expect not to be welcomed. The director and leadership will be happy to show you the door if you speak up about any of this. This environment also brings a certain ideology to work that you may not agree with. I recommend not working here and finding somewhere else to work.
