I just had one of the worst rental experience I have ever had. Had to wait for two days for my scheduled rental time (that was ok). Call to check before going to the store. Talked to a person, but the item was not available for pick up (not their fault). They were going to check on why not, (this is where things started to go wrong) I had to call again later to get an update. Talked to the same person, the item had still not returned. So they were going to check again and to see if it was not back. If it wasn't they would give me a substitute. I called again to get the substitute product. This time I just got voicemail, so waited some more, called again and got more voicemail. Called general service desk, voicemail there too. After an hour and a half, I called a real rental company and had what I needed in 20 minutes. MBS never returned a single one of my 5 calls.
