Terrible. As a first time customer, I ordered two rotors to replace the brakes on my truck. The shipment arrived with two rotors that could not have been more wrong if they'd tried. Not what I'd ordered, not what was pictured on their site.
All of their "customer service" is automated and handled online, and as soon as I pay to ship back the parts that they incorrectly sent to me, they'll be happy to eventually give me a refund. What a ridiculous way for a mail-order company to function. First and last time using them.
