A year ago I decided to rent a property that I owned. It was a big decision for me as this was a property that was lived in by my family and I did not want the property to become just a rental. I interviewed at least three companies in the area and after I met Eddie from Access PM the decision was easy. A level headed ex-marine with property management experience and a solid company to back him. Access Property Management made renting easy and gave me the confidence to consider renting a second property. The property was rented within a week of listing. Funds are always deposited into my account timely and I receive notification when the funds are sent. Whether I own 1 property or a dozen, Access Property Management will be my property managers.
