They don't stand behind their work. Asked them to diagnose a leak from our refrigerator. They said it was coming from a house line and we needed a plumber. Plumber changed the line and leak continued and he told us that leak was not from house line but refrigerator itself. Correct part was ordered and replaced and leak stopped. We asked them for a refund of since they got it wrong and cost us extra money for first plumber service. We did not ask for them to reimburse for the extra unnecessary work , just refund their diagnostic fee. They refused. If a company totally blows it and costs you extra money because of it they should give you a refund Its that simple. Certainly wont be calling them again and will not recommend them.
