My experience with the service was really disappointing.

Once I got there, I spent about 40 min waiting for a person whom I've been assigned to, to just realize that they do not have the air bags for my vehicle at all, as it was "never ordered". OK, one mistake, not a big deal. I've sat with the service rep in person until the request for my air bags had been successfully submitted.
Ok, after waiting for another few weeks, I've received a voicemail from Mercedes of Bellevue confirming that that the parts for my vehicle had finally arrived and asking me to call them back to schedule an appointment. Great, finally! So I called them back, and the service representative told me that they have never had or even requested any airbag parts for me - there is nothing in the system on my name, even though they did find my info there. So, I was asked to be patient as they make a request for an airbag for me... again. And I was told to wait for at least one month as the expected time of arrival on those air bags. Well, my patience is not over, but that does not seem right. Mercedes Benz in Bellevue, please do something to better serve your clients.
