Absolutely disgusted received delivery all chilled items out of date in a day and half driver called depot they agreed to repack and redeliver didn't do it. Totally abnoxious man called Darren at Morley delivery depot tried to call me a liar said I intimidated driver and he called depot for help when I was the one that asked the driver to call the depot. Duty manager arranged redelivery of said goods for 9pm but Darren got involved and refused to redeliver wouldn't allow me to collect even after he confirmed that what I was saying was true and that Paul had arranged it all. What sort of pathetic excuses of management do asda employ.....head office tell you to deal with online customer service they are in Philippines and don't understand what you are saying all in all a pathetic excuse for such a big company you should be ashamed.....boycott this bunch of cowboys!!!!!!
