Nice picturesque resort . Service can be hit and miss, sometimes good, sometimes sleepy . Food was so-so and way over priced . Our meal at the plantain leaf restaurant was one of the worst meals I have experienced during my India trip .

To top it all off , the sales staff have no concept of hospitality or service . We had to pay a steep price for wrong information provided by the resort staff when we called them about our reservation. Our discussion with sales manager Nandini about this issue was the low point of our trip .She was totally unapologetic and irritated us to the core . We will be back in coorg but not stay in this resort again .
