Very disappointing. On 15 September my wedding planner (Thekla from The day Events) and I had a scheduled appointment and she was promised that we'd see different table set ups from briefs ive given her about styles of wedding table decor I like. We got there to a place that was ill prepared, no set up for us to choose from and everything I asked on the day,they had nothing of. Just poor excuses. Knowing Thekla and how thorough she is, she contacted them way in advance. I could not believe the level of unprofessionalism. If they were not prepared, they should have informed us. They definitely do not have the grand scale inventory they advertise. Alot of their items were mismatched, cracked and plain boring. But the worse is them not being forthcoming about what they can supply and what they can't. I understand we are in the midst of a pandemic. The lady that helped us did not seem to be on top of things but just makes promises. I wont recommend this company unless you want mediocre service and choice of inventory.
