I have been working at Dow Pharmaceutical Sciences for several years now and I must say that it has been an overall average experience. The company provides a decent work environment and the colleagues are generally friendly and helpful. However, there are some areas where improvement is needed. The management could be more transparent in their decision-making process and there should be better communication between different teams. Overall, it's an okay place to work but there is definitely room for improvement.
